Hey PissZone,
Where are the figures? You can claim anything but you can't support your
figures with factual reports. What reported "ounces and tons"? You simply
claim that you are using facts and figures and then don't supply any facts
or figures that can be confirmed or refuted. You claim that you have done
simple math that anybody can follow, where is the math? You have still not
done any math, simply supplied figures and not revealed where those figures
have come from or how the math was done.
You are claiming $443 million, that is almost 10x more than Pan Aus. has
mined since starting mining operations as is easily proved through their
annual reports.
Where does your $443 million come from Pizone? In 2006 there was 21,557
ounces of gold sold, that is at an average sale price of $605 USD per ounce.
Doing the simple math that Pizone claims to supply but doesn't supply , that
is just over $13 million. There Pizone, refute that with some facts.
Target production for 2007, 30,000 ounces. Using first and second quarter
figures for 2007 to the end of the second quarter:
2007 First quarter production, 11,146 ounces, average selling price of $655
USD per ounce, that comes out to $7.3 million.
2007 Second quarter production, 7,298 ounces, average selling price of $649
USD per ounce, that come out to $4.7 million.
2007 Half year production figures, 18,444 ounces, total gold sales $12
million.
Hey at those rates Pizone, they are only making approximately 5% of what
you claim! How can that be? Is the great Pizone lying or just stupidly
pulling figures out of his ass? Watch your fingers, you got some of that
"butter" on your fingers!
Their foreign workers? How many foreign workers Pizone? How do you know
what they were paid Pizone? Do you have a magic ball that tells you what
their foreign workers were paid? How many Lao workers Pizone? Where do you
get these facts and figures? What is the corporate tax rate for Pan
Australian Resources, Pizone? What is the royalty payment to the LPDR for
Pan Aus., Pizone? What is the social program payments from Pan Aus. to the
Community Development Fund annually? What is the community development fund,
what have they funded/built for whom? What is the average gross income per
local family prior to the mining project and again today (or last year,
2006)?
It is funny that Pizone refutes all facts or figures that can be
substantiated but yet supplies wild unsupported comments, facts and figures
that he pretends are real and beyond repute. Put up your evidence, where
does the $443 million figure come from? Where is it supported with any data,
facts and figures?
So Pizone, you think that Pan Australian's facts and figures reported in
their annual report are phoney/fake? Well you had better take this
accusation to the Australian and International securities agencies, this
could be almost as big as Encom. C'mon Pizone, you could be a hero by
telling the world at large how the Pan Australian Resources cooks the books
and annual reports. How they are making all of this money from unreported
gold mining and sales and pocketing it through extraordinary compensation to
their foreign employees? This is a block-buster news event and you Pizone,
are the only person in the world smart enough to have uncovered this fraud.
You have duty to the international finance market to disclose this
information and the fraud.
Why don't you just crawl back under a rock Pizone, you don't know how to
read a financial report, let alone determine what is a legitimate figure for
gold production and or sales. You just make up your facts and figures to
suit your own desires and base them in no way on facts.

Sabaidi pheenong lao,
Forget about what phi-dungmo or khon-dungmo say for a moment. he's bah-
bah bor-bor.
Lets look at the fact on how much foreigner take our national
resource. the value of the gold, silver and copper the Pan Australian
is taking out of lao land each year is huge. According to the Radio
France International (rfi.fr) interview program, the amount of copper,
silver and gold they take out each year, that is
This reflects the real number of ounces and tons of lao ore the Pan Oz
planed to dig out each year since 2004. since after 3 years of
operation, they increase the production by 33%, therefore the target
amount (value of $443 M.) must reach the full production capacity. If
not, they can't increase the production by 33%.
this $443 million per year is the value of lao national resource we
lost every year and that's only from one site, the special zone. How
much lao people benefit from this huge value, no one really knows, but
it's least than 10% for sure. And this 10% is just 10% of what is left
over from the highly expenses of Pan Oz they make up to pay their
foreigner workers, their so-called experts and personnel , for the
machinery and those tons of deadly chemical... (a tiny amount might pay
to low pay lao workers)
it's for sure that Pan Oz takes 90% of it.
This deal, you can call it anything you want i.e. the national
exportation, the giving away, the nation selling, the poverty
eradicate, the exchanging of lao national resource for Lexus and
Mercedes for the leaders or what ever... just call it what ever you
want. But remember the gold, silver and especially copper are lao
national resources, belong to lao nation and not just few people on
top of the party line.
