As broadcast by RFA on 8/15/07, LPDR and Vietnam had agreed to join
together as one nation under the leadership of the Vietnam Communist
Republic. Among the many agreements included:

1. Lao and Vietnam National Bank are merge into one. Vietnam agreed to
train all Lao employees and will use all Viet currency in all business
transactions.

2. Vietnamese language will be the central language use and offical
language for the two countries.


3. Lao and Viet territories will be bound together as one country. The
boundary is the middle of the Mekong river border to Thailand.

4. Lao will become only one state to Vietnam. The national
construction, security and defense will fully control by Vietnam.
Vietnamese troops will fully occupy and protect Laos.

5. The Lao Justtice Department will be abolished and fully established
and implemented by the Vietnamese justice system. The agreement were
signed by two of the high ranking officials represent by Chalern Ngia
Pao Her- LPDR and Oung Chu Luu-Vietnam Republic 6/28/07.

6. Vientiane and Pakse will become the Ho Chi Minh City number 2 and
3.

7. The name of the new country will be " Indochina country".


With these new strategies and plans, it has shaken all Laonork and
Vietnamese right wing politicians all over the world. The Royal Lao
Family will host her first political agenda/ meeting in France in this
coming October 2007 to protest these unfriendly agreements. In
addition, all Vietnamese right wing political parties and governments
had united into one government to prepare for the worst.

Let see what will happen next.
