Yes all VIP buses have toilets. The seats are set farther aprt for
your comfort and they recline for sleeping and there are one or two
stewardesses on board to serve meals, snacks and refreshments.
There's flat screen TV playing Lao/Thai Karaoke for your pleasure.
I've been on VIP buses from BBK to NongKhai many times and it is a
better way to travel. Next time I go I will try this bus for sure,
terrorists be damned.
