ຜຂ ແລ່ນໄປລັກຟັງແລ້ວ ໄດ້ຍິນເພີ່ນເວົ້າວ່າ: ຖ້າຫາກປະຊາຊົນລາວໃນ ສເນີ ແມ່ນເພີ່ນຈະພິຈາລະນາ ແຕ່ຄຳຖາມຂອງ ຜຂ ມີຢູ່ວ່າ: ພີ່ນ້ອງລາວໃນສເນີ ໃຜຈະກ້າເວົ້າແລະໃຜຈະກ້າສເນີ? ຖ້າບໍ່ໃຫ້ສິດທິໃນການປາກເວົ້າແລ້ວ ໃຜຈະໄປເວົ້າໄດ້? ເວົ້າໄປກໍເທົ່າກັບວ່າ: ຂ້າໂຕເອງຕາຍ. ຄ້າຍໆກັບວ່າ ຖາມຄົນປາກກືກ ເຈົ້າຢາກກິນຫຍັງໃຫ້ເຈົ້າເວົ້າມາໂລດ! ຢາກກິນກ້ອຍຊ້າງ ລາບເສືອ ຫລືຢາກຕົ້ມຫູ ໂຕປາສລາມ? ແລ້ວຄົນປາກກືກ ຈະສເນີ ກິນນັ້ນກິນນີ້ໄດ້ວີທີໃດ?
