And that process starts with simple and honest answers from the very
officials who speak on behalf of the Lao PDR government in these very
forums. We can't even get started on putting our heads together
because the moment we raise an issue, give simple suggestions, or even
make obvious comments, we're automatically labeled some imaginary
enemy of the state.

If Yong and DKJ and the one-party Lao government will actually LET
anyone/everyone, no matter their views or ideas...put their heads
together for the true betterment of Laos, I believe your thoughts CAN
be achieved.

is it somewhere in downtown VTE ? in any case, people have always
raised this question: how do we make laos a better place... a more
cosmopolitan place? i am not asking to make it look like sydney,
tokyo, paris, or new york. i want to think that we can do better than
this if we pull our heads together, laonok and laonai.
