I also agree with Sahai Makmuan. Those who left the country and still
bitter should find a better thing to do. Like fishing or picking up an
extra-marital affair.

Life is better if you just accept the fact that they are people
smarter, more capable, and more forward thinking than yourselves.
People who can defeat the colonialists not only smart but righteous.
To be able to keep a country intact and without war for the last 30
years is a miracle for us Laotian.

All I wish to see the current government to do now is to help improve
the livelihood of the people. Provide clean water to drink, get rid of
poverty, better health care, education, and so on and on. Politic and
religious freedom should be the last on the plate. Those who wanted to
practice politic and religious freedom should come to America or EU
before you die of old age and bitterness.

For once give those people who rescued the country from colonialism,
from the backwardness of monarchy worshiping, a proper credit and
allow them to govern.
