Thanouxay

I do believe I have read before that Ai Yong has already posted that
as 'Thanouxay' he is posting here in SCL in a non-official capacity
where he can "let his hair down" and "roll up his sleeve" like the
rest of us. He said that when he holds a press confrence or speaks at
official functions then he is speaking in an official capacity.

Basically, Thanouxay's statements are his own and Yong Chanthalangsy's
statements durring official capacity are those of the states.

Therefore I think we should honor his request and let him be himself
(an individual in a non-offical capacity) as Thanouxay and not Yong
Chantalangsy (a non-individual public servant in an official
capacity).
