folks,

i've posted a few pics from the thai comedy-drama tv show that just
came out recently. after watching the first installment, here are some
of my thoughts.

yes...the Lao PDR authorities have voiced a good rant in terms of
wrong accent and stuff. those thai actors tried their best to imitate
the EESAN accent but boy! it just came out funny. now the black thai
guy came out rather good. at least he can speak the real EESAN. no
doubt, he's probably a mixed blood. his screen name is 'buk samlee'
that's funny but racist for sure. but then when you are in thailand or
southeast asia, anything is fair game.

the corniest scene is the lady in full lao dress waiting along the
mekong river bank for her falang boyfriend to pick her up. in all my
life, i haven't seen lao girls in full lao dress doing that except
when there are important occasions like going to the temple or a
wedding.

there are some other crap. the plot or story line is alright. let's
see in the next installment whether alexandra's character gets to
throw the dok-champa flower in the trash bin.
