Your own quote was of "giving" the WHS title, as I have shown quite
clearly that is the same as designating the WHS title. So by your own
comments it is the same item of discussion. So you asked a question, but you
never listened or discussed the answer, your fault not mine.

Like your earliest references to World Heritage city and the website of
the synposium of world heritage cities (note non-capitulized as it is a
descriptor, not a title) that occurred in or around 1990. Your comments
arguments are off the mark and irrelevant, without reference to the general
discussion and the points of contention. Now you blow tantrums and try to
inferr promises or assurances from the past that are also completely
irrelevant, scraping the bottom of the barrel and coming up with nothing? No
valid arguments so you lash out with inuendo, slander and misstated facts.
Typical ESL reject tactics.

Now go back to my list of arguments and prove any of them invalid or not
items that were being discussed.

By the way, I never have never promised you anything. Show me proof of a
promise on my part. A statement is neither a promise nor binding. As for the
"case closed" argument, you just won't let it close so I am not bound to
