Hey Dougi
How good are you with Japanese? Can you write a business letter in Japanese without a mistake?
If you need a spell checking, I can help.

I enjoyed my Singha and Yamcha : chicken feet and spareribs at Cha Haru.
restaurant in Souvanaphoumi
airport, Thailand.
One man walked in with "Khaen, Lao instrument." I assumed he is Hmong
from Laos, so I said sabaidi!
He greeted me with a smile.
He got his food and sat down at the table behind me. I asked him in
English where he got his Khaen
from? He and his wife together raised their voice proudly "LAOS with
the tone of course." I was happy.
Next thing? She opened a whole boiled chicken wrapped in banana leaves
they had brought from Laos.
What I'm trying to say is they were quick to tell me LAOS and they
weren't afraid to eat the food they
had brought from somewhere else.
They are brave!
