'Tis why I said don't believe it when you hear simpletons spreading
3rd grade propaganda nonsense about patriotism, protecting american
national security, national security interests, borders, america's
way of life (well, this one is okay), going after Osama in Iraq
(it's after Saddam because the man was PERSONALLY in charge of
trillion's worth of oil reserves: Osama is a camel riding desert
rebel without a cause, in the truest sense of the word ---- he's
kind of like Che Guevara:

Could you imagine if Che's living today and he's up and down from
Mexico, to Cubua, to Guatamala, to Nicaragua with Daniel Ortega,
to Hugo Chavez's oil field in Venezuela, fighting American banana,
no, I mean, oil business "interest" folks? Che would make Osama's
antics look tame in comparison, where America interest folks are
concerned.

Anyway, America is a supremely mighty empire, equaled only by
(1) the Mongols at their height, when they conquered all of
important Asia, all of Russia and starting to move on western Europe
and (2) the bloody Romans as they conquered all of Europe and
northern Africa and the Middle East, which, as you know, result in
the going after that shepard guy named Jesus, because that rebel
was NOT gonna sit down and allow occupation foreigners dictating
as to how the Middle Eastern folks should live or die (by Roman
laws).

Americans, us, we do NOT do things ONLY because because they are
the "right things to do" (whatever the moral christian folks
want that phrase to mean) ---- NO,,,, we do things MOST of the
time because WE CAN! I mean who's gonna stop us, physically or
through international venues like the United Nations?

When was the LAST time you heard of a whole bunch of nations getting
together at the UN, passing a resolution condemning and then
sanctioning America, England, France? --- Especially America? Have
you, in fact, EVER heard of such a thing? A UN resolution to
"punishe" America (France, England, etc.) because they are conducting
biological, NUKULAR or other "illegal" technological activities that
"endanger" humans at-large?

You folks are too busy working your 9-5 jobs, some paying you very
well, so you are even more busy accumulating the boats, cars,
bigger houses, rentals, etc. ---- while others struggling to live
on $10 to $20 an hour jobs, so you hardly have time to sit down
to CAREFULLY read and think about mighty nations and how they
conducted themselves over the millenniums.

Some of us bums, we have the time and curiosity, so we do little
more than that, even if we have to live in dark basement closet
units. Believe me when I tell you I have a broader perspective,
a more accurate, more sound view of mighty nations and people
like America ----- I am not jealous of America, because it is PART
of my country, too.

My "job" is not only to read about how little sub-particles interact
with other ghostly subparticles, and how, by and by, they form
structures from atoms to molecules to humans to stars to
super-clusters of galaxies that stretch billions in distances,,,,,
but it is also to read painstaking historical texts on human
activities and to TRY, both facetiously and seriously, to summary
them in sputtering renditins like this,,, so that you, those of you,
who are too busy but area still intelligent enough,,, so that you
could also gleam what the "nature of things" are really like,,,,, to
the most sound, greatest degree of "accuracy."

Talking about EXCEPTIONAL HISTORY books, please, if you plan to
read a good history book, read GUNS, GERMS, AND STEEL. It has won
the PUTLIZER PRIZE,,, I won't be surprise that those Scandinavians
don't someday offer a Nobel-equivalent prize for Jared Diamond.

If you want to truly understand HUMANS and THEIR WAY OF LIFE, their
struggle as well as development over the millenniums, you gotta
read this ONE BOOK. In less than 450 pages, this summary book paints
you a darn good picture of humanity since earliest "recorded" time.

My "time" here in SCL will expire very soon, so I urge you who
want to understand humans better --- yourself and others --- to
read this book. There's no "bad guys" or "good guys" in it; it's
just REALITY as all humans made each others to be. In THE REAL
WORLD, and we are living in IT, despite all the BS that idiots
want you to believe, there's NO GOOD GUYS OR BAD GUYS; there is
just different perceptions of reality and those strongest and
meanest, with the most uptodate weapons and ideas, will triumph.

That's the end of discussions.

here's something interesting about prez ford while he was in office. he
was the one who gave the green light to suharto, the fucking strongman
in indonesia, to invade east timor via his emissary henry kissinger.

a bloodbath ensued and east timor became a province of indonesia for
the next twenty or so years only to be independent again after a nasty
civil war and more bloodbath.
