The best way to educate people is to teach them. How can you teach
people when you're only invest 12% of the budget towards education.
It's very simple to teach you must have a teacher, books, materials,
and a school. right now Laos lack all of those like any developing 3rd
world country.
If they invest more towards education the economy and living standards
will improve. When you have a highly train workforce you'll have
private investment willing to come to Laos and invest because they know
that the people there will be able to understand the work and able to
accomplish the work.
