LP, I just want to jump in to this conversation about what language is
to be used.
I am a Phaun man 100%, born and bred in Xiang Khuang too.
Dr. yang Dao knows how to speak Lao, more proper than I could.
He might have the accent that is distinguishable of a Hmong ethnic, a
little, but it is more proper than many Lao Lume could. I don’t see
any thing wrong with the accent just like any accent of other ethnic of
Laos from North through south.
If he could be a president of Laos, I don’t see any thing wrong with
that.
At least, it is telling us that Laos really is a true democracy, and
all
ethnic are equal like LPDR government is saying. If he, Dr. Yang Dao,
gets the vote from Lao PEOPLE, not only by the SUPREME PARTY like it is
now.
The way it is right now, Lao people is not truly FREE….yet!...
