Yes, it works. Someone called me from that page yesterday. And I put him on air-on as he requested. That page is using ActiveX to make a
call. If you are first time there. It would ask you to install ActiveX
from FWD you have to install that first then bookmark it and close your
browser open your browser again go to the same page then you can
observe if your ActiveX is ok. If it is ok you can call right away.
You can try my number there to make a test.
Remember: This is internet call. "Internet to Internet" You can call to
yahoo and msn and many others. The voice is perfect quality. If you
want to download that software for personal use; yes, you can do that

You can download, install and apply for your own number and sign on
starting to call.
