Regarding the baring of a foreigner from adopting a child in
Laos, I like to know what the reasons/reasonings behind the
prohibition, too;

A) lost of Lao population?
B) child trafficking?
C) child abuse?

or

D) afraid the child will be brainwashed by Vietnamese phobic
Pizon and the likes?
