Lao people is lucky enough to have LPDR govern Laos,
they allowed exporting Lao wood by piece of furniture only.
Before 1975 all Lao trees alongside Mekong River
belong to Thai "Chaophor" mobsters, they even pay
in advance to there man before the tree were cutting down...
But not worry Lao tree will grow back fast like KhonLao
that been slotted by the Siam back there...
