just do CONTROL "F" and look for 'What is Democracy' and you will get a
link to an html document in viet.
i don't think that there's any lao version at all. you might as well go
with the viet version for a lot of folks in vientiane can read viet,
right??? khamtay and bounyang vorachit must have a copy of this good
stuff for both of them can read viet.
