Re: US, South Korea Start War Games

The very presence of U.S. military is due to North Korea's
Kim IlSung, which ended up destroying entire Korea and
caused millions of deaths. The very origin of these military
exercises is to counter military threat coming from North
Korea.

Starting with North Korean attack against then President
Park ChungHee's life in 1968, South Korea had to introduce
paramilitary reserves, and increase military service time to
almost to 3 years (since then decreased somewhat). All
thru 1970s and 1980s and even thru 1990s, there was visible
military threat coming from North Korea, latest major news
being North Korea minisubmarine stranded off East Sea
near KangNung.

There is no indication that North Korea relaxed its military
ambition, in spite of famine that ravaged North Korea in
mid-1990s, and continued starvation of general population,
even North Korea goes begging food and PyongYang regime
become criminal gang engaging in drug traffic and counterfeat
money printing.

The list of North Korea's military posture is very long. One
thing clear is that starvation of general population is not a
concern for PyongYang regime.

Just today chosun.com reports apprehension of North Korean
spy in South Korea, who allegedly photographed Ul-Jin
nuclear power plant for precision targeting by North Korea.

There will be another shooting war in Korea if North Korea
insist on the path of destruction. This time, along with
the destruction of Korea, for the second time thanks to
PyongYang Kim Dynasty, it will be the annihilation of
Kim Dynasty and lackeys.

Seoul has two choices.

Gve up and surrender to become PyongYang Kim Dynasty's
willing hostage, and let North Koreans spill garbage propaganda.

Or, stand for what Koreans believe in: democracy (to the point
even openly pro-North Korean communists walk free in Seoul),
and economic system that brought prosperity never seen by
Koreans in its entire history of Korean people. This was and
is possible precisely because of American military presence
in South Korea since the end of last shoot war. There is
no denying about it.

US, South Korea Start War Games

Seoul, Aug 21 (Prensa Latina) The US and South Korea will run from Aug 21
to Sep 1st the joint war games called Ulchi Focus Lens, which North Korea
sees as a prelude to an attack against its territory.

The drills involve 20,000 South Korean military (out of its 650,000-strong
army) and 8,000 US occupation troops in South Korea (of a total of 30,000),
plus its bases in Guam (Japan) and nearby enclaves.

North Korean Workers' Party's daily Rodom Sinmun urged to withdraw these
troops that threaten peace and hinder Korean reconciliation and
cooperation.

The paper recalls that the US convenes military exercises whenever
inter-Korean cooperation shows signals progress to provoke aconfrontation.

While South Korea says the games are just for defense, groups opposing US
military presence protest in Seoul the obvious threat to North Korea.

Pyongyang withdrew November 2005 from the six-party talks -China, US,
Russia, Japan, North and South Korea- when the US adopted economic
sanctions against N. Korea in the middle of the negotiations.
