Re: Is Korean culture harsh?

That's what I think. I think Korean culture and people are very rough
and harsh. They don't seem to like the soft, gentle way of doing
anything. Korean food is extremely harsh. It's like nasty, rotten
garbage with excessive amounts of slimy red pepper sauces, and and
other nasty things. It's almost like the gross food they have on Fear
Factor! Korean food is the worst food I know of, with the exception of
a few items like barbecued beef. The Korean language is the most
horrible, harshest, awful, annoying language I've ever heard. I can't
stand hearing people speak Korean. Also Koreans scrub themselves with
pumice stones when they bathe. I think that's harsh too, scrubbing your
bare skin with a rough stone. I know that's minor, but... OK here's a
major one: the way Korean women scream and bitch at Korean men like a
bunch of shrews. You see that a LOT on Korean soap operas. They should
be slapped when they do that. Then there's the Korean grocers who
developed a reputation for being rude to blacks.

Good... you watch our soap opera and eat our food. I'm glad you have so
much interest in our culture. We need more people like you. Thanks!
