Jewish right on the 'holy land' from the Torah ?

If they do the Torah law, then their G-d will give it to them.
If they do not do the Torah law, then their G-d will deny it them, and
wage war against them. This is the Torah law.

It used to mean during this exile in Rome (ongoing, also in the 'holy
land') that the Jews could not go back to the land promised to their
forefathers, because they had become rebels against the Torah law. They
knew they where (or should have known), and they apparently knew that
they would not return to the Torah law "until moshiach comes." The logic
being that this "moshiach" person would (first) cause Israel to return
to the Torah law, so that then under the laws of the Torah the Jews would
be given their land by their G-d. Since their G-d has promised them peace
and prosperity if they do the Torah law, it stands to reason that regaining
the lost land will be with comparative ease. That is the Torah and fairly
obvious deductions from the Torah. If there is any form of return by Jews
to the holy land, it must always be accompanied by them being committed to
the Torah law. The claim on the land and the performance of the Torah law
are one.

They have conquested it, and they might claim a right out of some other
logic, but they can not claim that they have a right to that land based
on the Torah or their G-d. They can only claim humanitarian reasons
for example, or "we just happen to be here now." But there is no correct
claim in the Torah on that land, because they do not do the Torah law. On
the contrary: the Torah says they will be destroyed out of that land,
because they fail to do the Torah (or those that fail it will be removed).

A humanitarian claim on the holy land also entails that one will have to
behave charitably with respect to other people, so as not to become a
hypocrite. Perhaps one could say that this is all part of the same: being
charitable and good is the Torah. They loose the claim to the land if
they are not nice to other people, because it will show them to be hypocrites.
They loose the claim on the land if they do not keep to the Torah laws that
guests and other people are (mostly) under the same law, and to be treated
fairly. Abraham was noted for his hospitality, and therefore hospitality is
at the root of the Torah. One could perhaps say, without hospitality, there is
no Torah. Hospitality to a stranger. The substance of the Torah comes back
in a humanitarian claim by Jews on the holy land, it works the same way (!).
They are both one.

A little personal story that happened this friday. Undersigned was in
'second life' (www.secondlife.com) 3D virtual reality, in a shul maintained
by a number of Jews (TMA, a "jewish neighborhood"). Every friday there is
a virtual candle-lighting there, following the various timezones a little.
Every friday at 1 PM Pacific there is a discussion of that week its Parashat.
Sadly few people come, but the great rabbit is there and so this is a good
time.

This friday shortly before 1 PM a number of palestinians came into this
virtual shul. They asked me why I was there and if I was a Jew, to which
I said no I am Jos, I am a DAVID239+/9-roadist, which is my own system.
I am there to talk to the Jews to try to make them stop the hetter iska
and prozbul, and distribute the holy land. I also do not agree that the
Shabbos is shifted, so that work is possible on the even on the 7th day.
It does not seem to be the Torah, that is all I am saying; whether anyone
wants to follow the Torah is their decision not mine. Naturally the Palestinians
and/or other Arabs talked about the Jewish land there and that they are
repressed and suffering, they do not want that, naturally. From the Jewish
side it was put forth that they had the right to the land from long ago,
and from the Palestinian side it was said that they already lived there,
and how can they live that way with the Israeli opression ? There seemed
to be some hostility, and the TMA 'simulator' also began to crash.

Undersigned said something along the lines of that the Israelis had destroyed
the fruit trees of the Palestinians, and that is a breaking of the Torah law.
I also said that I wanted all Palestinians to get an equal share of the land,
with the Israelis, which is my system (law4.org). That solution does not
mean it can not become two nations, but if it is first one then a Palestinian
break away nation takes away an equal amount of land and natural wealth per
person. So talking I became friends with them. I had already been for many
times in Egypt simulator, trying to propose my systems for their recent
revolution there. I am not partial to the Jews, why would I be ? Notably that
would not be the Torah itself.

This way I became friends, and visited their (really nice) Palestine simulator,
where one showed me the Dome of the Rock ! It was a nice build, and an honor
to be there. Later I invited them to my land (which is in 'heavenly serenity'
simulator and called "peace of justice"), and I showed them and explained
the general systems of economics, of armed uprising, and of the new Government
system. They liked it, and even said I might show his friends the same things.
They where like with about 4 on my land, and we sat around the round table
there, and I showed them my war system, revolution system, Government model.
They told me that zionists where crashing their 'Palestine' simulator every
hour. They came to the shul (in TMA) to investigate (there are 2 other Jewish
simulators.) It is possible that the Palestinians retaliated by crashing TMA,
but this is only speculation - it did seem to crash however, and the Torah
talk could not be held, and the candle for 1 PM went out again for unknown
reasons. It is noteworthy perhaps - in this regard - that nobody ever listens
to my proposals; not here on Usenet, not when I send books and letters and
emails to Jews, never anyone wants to consider it.

But this way, perhaps with the Torah in mind, I became friends with both
the Palestinians (on friendly terms that is), and with the Jews; while both
seem to be hostile to each other to a degree (and perhaps they all have their
good reasons, I am not saying that there are no real problems that warrant
outrage.)

That was the little story there.
