You'd think they'd make people get parenting 'permits' to have children. Those two kids will be scarred for their remaining natural lives. They'll likely grow up to be morons just like their two idiot parents, and then wonder why no one "gets" them.

Wouldn't it be nice if before having a kid, a woman had to get a mental competency test? Of course, that won't happen, the ACLU would never let that get out there into common practice.
