It is a good thing you are upset about such a thing. However why do
you hold me responsible for things I didn't do ? Should you be held
responsible personally for every attrocity that happens in your city,
in your Country, or even by any human or mammel, or land animal,
or any animal on Earth ? I assume you are talking about some new
attrocity by the anti-Torah Government of the zionight rebellion,
perhaps in Gaza ? I am not the zionight Government, neither do I
support them, neither am I in the middle east (I am in Holland).
All the violence in the world, also by the zionights, is the result of
at least two things, one of which is having a bad economic model (the
other is the "evil inclination" as Judaism calls it, propensity for
violence and lying). Once we have rectified the economy in all
countries in the world, that will hopefully include the zionight
rebellion, and that will then hopefully do something for the
Palestinians and Israelis. Come to think of it, I mailed the Neturei
Karta a few days ago with a plan that eventually should help everyone,
here is the mail.

Hello Neturei Karta,
I have discovered an error in the Kitsoer Sjoelchan Aroech in
chapter 66: Hetter Iksa. This "contract" allows a financier to
become richer from investing money, thus this is rent seeking,
which is forbidden in the highest law of Judaism: Torah.
I've already published an article on this, which I reproduce
here. I have also contacted the Dutch Rabinate at NIK about this
issue. It is a grave problem, as you will understand by reading
the below.

Alert: error in the Jewish money Law (Sjoelchan Aroech)

These problems and solutions also have importance to the conditions
in the zionight rebellion. By setting up a social (Torah law
conforming) investment fund, the conditions for all people can be
improved dramatically (with the exception of rich exploiters and
money gamblers perhaps, although they will benefit from being forced
to do real work).
The social investment fund suggested under
See also http://www.jhwh.be/~joshb/soundinvestment.html allows for
asking rent, under the provision that it is repair of the capital
tool. The reason is that this mechanism is not based on Torah law
and not meant only for Jews. Jews can easily adapt the mechanism
by not asking rent on loans, and lending readily. The investment
loans can obviously be used to benefit the conditions of the poor
and the Palestinians. At the same time the goal would be to fund
proper businesses in the rest of the society, businesses that
treat their employees well, thus driving out "bad people" from
all kinds of positions of power in industry and finance.
The solution to all the worlds problems is in your pocket, in your
wallet, and it doesn't even cost much, it is affordable.
300 persons: 40 give 5% Tzedakah, that is 2 full time workers on
the "social investment bank" system. Leaves 260 persons giving 5% Tzedakah
results in 13 monthly wages per month, 156 monthly wages per year as
an investment tool to be worked by the two full time employees.
If one monthly wage is 1200 Euro, 5% = 60 Euro: after one year 9.360
Euro results as an investment tool. After 10 years its 93.600 Euro.
In many cases - hopefully - the loans will be payed back fully. It is
not a "give away tzedakah" system, the loans are to flow back
strengthening and widening the system.
How much does a new business need to start small ... that can easily
be tens of thousands of Euro. This means that in 10 years one could
be funding a number of new businesses. If costumers like this idea,
since most costumers are also workers standing to benefit from
this "non-profit social investment banking," then making it obvious
these businesses are funded with social credit might make them more
attractive to consumers. This means the loans will be payed back with
a higher degree of certainty.
If the recipients of the loans also become members of the system
(I claim the system defeats the negative problem of rent-seeking that
the Torah law wants to evade by forbidding rent-seeking, therefore
I would posit this does not count as rent-seeking, especially not if
done out of free will) ... if recipients of loans and their future
employees benefit from the social investments, they may choose to
become members. The system is always cascading into a higher and
higher level of power. While the members continue to pass in new
money, the loans are recovered collected and more members are
drawn in. If loans are made with the provision that they pay for
the cost of bad loans, the power increases even faster. This system
ends ultimately by having a new Constitution that makes social
investment mandatory for all investment transactions, world wide.
I see no way why this would not work. All we need is a little
Tzedakah to set it off, and a bit of work to get it going.
Wouldn't it be interesting if the Netureu Karta started the very
first such scheme in Jerusalajim itself ! Then I will also put
in my Tzedakah with your fund, that would be a great honor for me.
As wages are improved from better working conditions demanded by
social investment, the 5% Tzedakah becomes a larger sum as well.
The system cascades into more and more power, not for greed but
for Justice.

Jos Boersema

Hopefully this answer satisfied you. It would be even greater if you
were to help set up such a fund. It seems you can still be the first
to do it. See also this text-simulation of my proposed system:
