The more accurate way to express it is either that the average black
person has darker skin than the average white person, or that most
blacks are darker than most whites. There are some places where
concrete statements can be used (all hydrogen atoms are lighter in
weight than all other atoms), but absolutes almost never work when
dealing with human beings.
