I've noted with keen interest the publication of your *Bang! The Complete
History of the Universe*, co-authored with Sir Patrick Moore and Chris
Lintott, so that the words of the legendary British men of physics ring
truer than ever in my mind.
James Clerk Maxwell:
It is of great advantage to the student of any subject to read the original
memoirs on that subject, for science is always most completely assimilated
when it is in the nascent state, and in the case of Faraday's *Researches*
this is comparatively easy, as they are published in a separate form, and
may be read consecutively. If by anything I have here written I may assist
any student in understanding Faraday's modes of thought and expression, I
shall regard it as the accomplishment of one of my principal aims--to
communicate to others the same delight which I have found myself in reading
Faraday's *Researches*.

Michael Faraday:
On a former occasion certain lines about a bar-magnet were described and
defined (being those which are depicted to the eye by the use of iron
filings sprinkled in the neighbourhood of the magnet), and were recommended
as expressing accurately the nature, condition, direction, and amount of the
force in any given region either within or outside of the bar. At that time
the lines were considered in the abstract. Without departing from or
unsettling anything then said, the inquiry is now entered upon of the
possible and probable physical existence of such lines.

Unfortunately, your esteemed colleague Mr. Chris Lintott has expressed
a desire, if he can somehow get past reality, to restore and purvey what
amounts to German physics of action at a distance so gently decried by
Prof. Clerk Maxwell (in the Preface to his Treatise on E&M, for instance).
Chris Lintott:
However, you shouldn't get the idea that the world's cosmologists are now
comfortably resting on their laurels, perhaps with a nice cup of tea (or
something stronger); the model is deeply unsatisfactory, relying as it does
on two as yet unknown components of the Universe which we label dark matter
and dark energy. Any theory which can dispose of the need for such
mysterious actors on the Universe's stage therefore deserves to be taken
seriously.
The most promising theories fall under the general banner of 'MoND', or
Modified Newtonian Dynamics, replacing the need for dark matter with tweaks
to our theory of gravity. Mond has achieved major success in the past,
accounting for the most of the evidence for dark matter on scales around the
size of a galaxy. However, the final nail in the coffin seemed to have been
dealt early this summer, when observations of the galaxy cluster
1E 0657-56 - the Bullet Cluster - were released.

So is this the final nail in the coffin for MOND? It is certainly difficult
to explain with a purely MONDian theory. However, as Garry Angus from the
University of St Andrews explained at a recent seminar, it may only be
'a nail - not yet the final one'. The latest theories seem to be able to
account for the observations of the Bullet cluster, but only if another form
of dark matter is introduced. ...
Meanwhile the message of the Bullet Cluster is that although arguments
continue as to what form of dark matter is necessary, it is clear that even
modifying gravity doesn't eliminate it entirely.

I am certain that Euler himself would not have backed such an erroneous
physical concept. Newton, though often liable to fits of madness, also
appears to have been sane and sober pertaining to action at a distance,
at least in one instance of lucidity.
Michael Faraday:
.... as respects the deficiency of the present physical views and the
possible existence of lines of physical force, ... and I am encouraged
to make this endeavour by the following considerations. ... 4, Euler's idea
of magnetic ethers or circulating fluids; 5, The strong conviction expressed
by Sir Isaac Newton, that even gravity cannot be carried on to produce
a distant effect except by some interposed agent(1) fulfilling the
conditions of a physical line of force; ...
(1) Newton says, "That gravity should be innate, inherent, and essential to
matter, so that one body may act upon another at a distance through
a vacuum, without the mediation of anything else, by and through which
their action and force may be conveyed from one to another, is to me so
great an absurdity, that I believe no man who has in philosophical matters
a competent faculty of thinking can ever fall into it. Gravity must be
caused by an agent acting constantly according to certain laws; but
whether this agent be material or immaterial I have left to the

There is no such thing as immaterial matter. All spirit is matter, but it is
more fine or pure, and can only be discerned by purer eyes; we cannot see
it; but when our bodies are purified we shall see that it is all matter.

Therefore, I would like to communicate to you the same delight which I have
found myself in reading the works of Faraday and Maxwell, as well as of our
contemporary, the eminent but mostly ignored Maurice Allais, particularly
the truth of anisotropic aether and anisotropy of time measurement, as well
as of "Economy of Heaven" (Brigham Young's Scriptural expression), or
the principle of least action enunciated by the legendary mathematical
physicists Euler, Lagrange, and Hamilton. But the only problem with
classical music (Richard Wagner doesn't count) is that it always ends up
pointing to the ultimate truth, that Jesus Christ is indeed God, even
the Son of God, from whom all truths come.
It is of utmost importance, to the objective of saving yourself from this
wilfully benighted generation, that you ponder these things and humble
yourself before your Father, through prayers in your secret hiding place,
and thereby repent and come out to the world as the widely respected
celebrity that you are (a rock guitar hero from the band Queen AND
a candidate for a Ph. D. in astrophysics) and deny Babylon's speculative
glam sciences of Big Bang and Biological Evolution, which are indeed
doctrines of the anti-Christ, propagandized to the world as legitimate
science. Though you will surely incur the wrath of Idumea, or the world,
by this means you'll be on your way to saving yourself from the wrath of
God, which is infinitely more terrible. Yes, the Holy Ghost bears record
as I write these things unto you, Brian May, on July 16, 2007. Do you not
love the truth? Or do you love more, money and the praise of the world?
Be thou reconciled unto the Lord God of Israel, thy Maker.

What authority do I have to dare tell you or anyone else to repent? I am the
Apostle of the One Mighty and Strong, who is Art Bulla, the Apostle of Jesus
Christ unto this generation as His Eyewitness (in 1969) in the manner of
Saul of Tarsus and duly ordained as such not many years afterward, for the
Apostleship was taken away from the Mormon Church in the 1970's
according to the will and foreknowledge of the Father and the Son. Many of
the Messianic prophecies in the Book of Isaiah actually refer to Messiah to
Ephraim, the birthright tribe of Israel. Isaiah 28, Isaiah 52, and a portion
of Isaiah 11, etc., for instance. Joseph Smith and Brigham Young
understood by revelations of Jesus Christ that the restored Church of Christ
would apostatize and "one mighty and strong" (see Doctrine and Covenants
85) would be sent to set the house of God in order, a man like unto Moses,
also prophesied in the Book of Mormon, 3 Nephi 20 and 21.
No doubt it is hard enough for you to confess that Jesus of Nazareth is the
Christ, if in any way possible at this time, and such a strange doctrine of
second Messiah has been inflicted the derision and scorn of many of
this adulterous generation. But I must be bold and obey the Spirit of the
Lord that has moved upon me for the past several days, that at least my
garment is clean from your blood.
I have it from the Lord, that the phenomenon of Global Warming forebodes
the imminent day of vengeance to "burn as an oven", which comes as a thief
in the night.
10 ¶ Enter into the rock, and hide thee in the dust, for fear of the LORD,
and for the glory of his majesty.

The principle opposite to that of eternal increase from the beginning, leads
down to hell; the person decreases, loses his knowledge, tact, talent, and
ultimately, in a short period of time, is lost; he returns to his mother
earth, his name is forgotten. But where, Oh! where is his spirit? I will
not now take the time to follow his destiny; but here, strong language could
be used, for when the Lord Jesus Christ shall be revealed, after the
termination of the thousand years' rest, he will summon the armies of heaven

The second death in that lake of fire wherein the worm dieth not, or the
disorganization of spirit back into the aether, is the penalty for denial of
the Holy Ghost and is a fate reserved for a great many of this generation,
in these the last days. Art Bulla the One Mighty and Strong has been sent
of the Lord Jesus Christ and His Father to warn this corrupt generation to
repent, lighting the strait and narrow path unto obtaining the mercy and

Don't take this message as being too harsh, for it is a solemn voice of
warning intended to bring about your repentance, if you will only be honest

The special educational value of this combined study of music and acoustics
is that more than almost any other study it involves a continual appeal to
what we must observe for ourselves.
The facts are things which must be felt; they cannot be learned from any
