Arab Muslims are even reluctant to provide charity to non Arab
Muslims.eg....Several of their most senior clergy claimed at Friday prayers
and on TV following the tsunami ,that Muslim victinms in Aceh and India
were being punished by Allah because they weren't observant enough.
Within hours of the tsunami Israel already had medics, supplies on the
ground.
