Jew Refuses to Sell Hametz, Bourbon Fans Hardest Hit

The Chicago Rabbinical Council has learned (apparently from R'
Fishbane of AKO Kosher) that a certain Jewish investor, who has been
buying small bourbon distilleries, has been refusing to sell his
inventories for Pesakh. This refusal brings those distilleries'
products under the rabbinical prohibition of consuming hametz owned by
a Jew during the holiday.
