I've been here before -- and for quite a while.  People here know
everything about me, except my name.

But if that were not so, I still have the right to share my opinions
without sharing my personal details.

Because I value my privacy, even if you don't. In particular, I
don't want to become the plaything of people with anger issues, or who
have problems with dissent.

You didn't answer my question, which was: what would you do if you
knew my actual name? How would you or anybody else in this newsgroup
benefit from that?

Making my identity an issue is merely a distraction from the
discussion, which is about freedom of religion, -- for other people
besides Jews, and who even has standing to be "offended" by the
placement of the mosque a few blocks away from Ground Zero.
