No. The people building it have to own the property. Beyond that, it's up to
anyone who objects to show a legal basis for prohibiting it. So far, you've
got nothing.

even if there was such a right, it would not be right to be build it a
block away from 7 WTC which was destroyed in the name of Islam.

It would also help your case if you were as outspoken against any commercial
use of whatever ends up built at Ground Zero and were lobbying to have all
the bars and strip clubs in the area removed.
