Maybe it's a translation issue. I think the disagreement is while opening
the parking lot may very well have the RESULT of increasing descration of
the Sabbath, that's not the same as saying that the INTENTION was to
increase desecration, which is what's implied in English by the phrase "in
order to..."
That's what I was trying to say.
