It's really very easy. You move your mouse so that it is above the link
(reference) he gave, press the left hand button , wait a few seconds and
read what comes on your screen (in English in this case).

Wow! Is that all there is in chasing down links in posts where the OP
didn't deem it worth their time to give a two or three line summary and
voice their opinion? =A0Gee, I (a professional programmer) never would
have known that.

I routinely will NOT click on a link in a post if the OP didn't deem it

You mean you never ever read anything that was originally written by
somebody else? Only if somebody summarizes it? Son, that's the
telephone game all over and if I didn't read original material or go
back to the original speaker to find out what they really said, I
would have screwed up so many times they would have fired me from my
bullet proof government job.

Espescially in the case where there is a Header to the post,
summarizing very well.
