There is a general statement about rights. "My rights end where yours
begin". It is up to the courts to define the boundaries. Therefore,
discrimination based upon race or religion is not allowed. The cabbie
is in a service industry, much as the restaurant owner is. I see the
pharmacist falling on the other side of the divide. YMMV.
