For that matter, since chamirah sakanta mei'isura (we are more stringent
on avoiding danger than on halachic prohibitions), the green eggs pose a
greater halachic problem than does the ham!
yolk turns green. Since that isn't particularly dangerous, we've got at
least one case where it should be OK, no?
