(This doesn't seem to have posted - sorry if it did
& my server is just weird)
I know we have an obligation to tell other people if
someone is a cheat in business. But do we have
to tell others if someone is a cheat at, say, cards?
Not for money, but just will definitely cheat to win.
What if the person is just such a bad sport that
s/he will disrupt the game if s/he's losing?
Don't play with her. Don't ask her to join your game. You don't have to
tell
anyone else, but you may want to tell her, privately, why you don't want
to
play with her.
If you are worried about losing a "friend", you are putting too much value
on friendship with a cheat.
This is definitely not a friend of mine, & the situation is
such that others will be probably forced to play with this
person if nothing is said.

Just be sure of your facts, even if you have to discuss what you know
with the person you think is a card-cheat (or worse).
