Me too. And I always buy extras to last the rest of the year. We also use
them for hamotzi in a pinch. Where I live, the KLP matzah is available only
at Pesach. The rest of the year, they sell a different product that they
call "matzah," but it is chometz and tastes like a saltine. The package says
you can't use it for Pesach. Yuck. If I wanted saltines, I would buy
saltines.. If I buy "matzah," I want that familiar cardboard taste I have
come to love.
