FYI, Dictionary.co.il has created an online video course called
Instant Hebrew. It teaches total beginners how to read Hebrew and
more in just 2 hours. It covers all the letters, vowels, and some
vocabulary as well. Worth checking out:

I don't think one should put his/her email address on a website that does
not properly identifies itself and dos not give an example of the offered
"goods".
The page layout looks like html coding from 10 years ago, btw.
Looking at the source, it is too.
