Maybe because, like me, he is atheistic (although I am Jewish) yet reads a
great deal about Judaism? Maybe it's a natural curiosity about other
peoples and beliefs? I have asked questions on other boards to which I do
not "belong", and have never been told not to stick my nose in their
affairs. Why be rude about it?

It's not about being an atheist, and it's not about asking questions. It's
about being sarcastic and condescending and attempting to consistently put
Jewish people on the defensive about Judaism. Is that what SCJM is supposed
to be about? Do you think the purpose of SCJM is to provide a forum for
Jews to defend Israeli and torah against outsiders? And for the record, my
gripe isn't only about this particular poster.
