Now if only the State of Israel's leaders will be Jewish enough to take control of the Temple Mount away from the Wakf and place it firmly and irrevocably in Jewish hands...

In order to do that, the government would have to make public that the Temple Mount Waqf had violated its agreements with Israel. The Israeli and Jereusalem electorate already know that, of course, but the rest of the world does not. However, I think that the present government has no stomach for the confrontations and street rioting that would probably follow.

No. All the government would have to do is state that the Temple Mount is JEWISH property, and Judaism's holiest site, and tell the Arabs, Waqf and others (ditto all Muslims), that if they didn't like it they could lump it. ) I'm not holding my breath with this corrupt and unJewish government's "leaders."

As for street riots, those are what the YaSsa"Mnikim (Yehidat Sayeret Mishtarah), the police's SWAT team, are REALLY for, rather than breaking religious Jews' heads, as they did during the Gush Katif and Northern Shomron expulsions and again at Amona.
