If there are no non-combatants in Gaza then there are no
non-combatants in Israel. And then the Hamas rockets are acceptable
methods.
And that is exactly the argument used by the Palestinians...


Yes it is. And it remains completely unjustifiable only because Israel
does not do the same thing. Should she use the same tactics, we'd have
one fewer weapon left as her actions would then justify indiscriminate
Palestinian terror.

I did not know that the Palestinians singled out specific individuals or
military installations in bus bombings or in Qassam attacks.

Let me clarify that last post - the Arabs are already using attacks that are indiscriminate by design. They do not hold by Western concepts of what is justifiable. Moreover, few Western countries are willing to hold the Arabs to any standard of conduct whatsoever. Hence, the Arabs do not stop doing any method of terror or war against Israel unless it triggers a sharp response from Israel.

Israel has not tried to conduct war against the Arabs in the same manner that the Arabs make war against Israel or against each other. The minute Israel conducts war as a middle eastern country, then the attacks from the Arabs will cease.
