I missed the part where G-d told Moses "thou shalt not have reconstructive surgery to bring your body in line with your gender identification".


Similarly, I missed the part where Hashem told Moshe "Thou shalt not have psychotherapy to bring your gender identification in line with how I created you."

I also missed the part where Hashem said to Moshe "Thou shalt always have an easy time with sexuality issues."

There may be no halachically-derived status for the "transgendered" which will be satisfactory for most O groups and for the transgendered.
