No, it is not. It is a group that was established as a forum for Jews and
Christians to debate about Jesus. My basic purpose in posting to that group
was to prevent Jews from being unwittingly misled into Christianity. In
that, I have succeeded on several occasions, as have several other much more
learned and well-respected past SCJM and SCJ unmoderated posters (of bygone
years) whose names would be well recognized by other long-time members of
SCJM. Since the advent of alt.messianic, not one single Jew has converted to
Christianity, some of the posters that began as "messianic" Jews came home
to mainstream Judaism, and several of the gentile Christians have converted
to Judaism or are in the process of converting (although the latter is not
the purpose of the group). Alt.messianic has its own resident trolls who
have been spoiling things recently, and for that reason, my postings to that
group have now slowed down to a trickle, but the fact remains that it is not
a *Christian* group, and it is not SCJ unmoderated, and I can post there 100
times a day if I want, and I don't have to answer to you for it. Who do you
think you are to try to dictate to me where I may or may not post?

If anyone's trolling for dreck,
it's Cindy and Susan. They're making it personal to these people -- they
come to SCJM not to bait the Jews, but to try to get one over on Cindy
and/or Susan.

No, the only alt.messianic posters I have ever seen post here (other than
Morris Oesterly) were Karen (who was hoping to convert to Judaism) and Cleo,
who is a very nice woman and just wanted to ask a few questions. Neither
Karen nor Cleo is/was the least bit trollish.


She can do whatever she wants, but I'm free to express my dismay. It would
be nice if she were honest about it, though.

And it would be nice if you would focus on your own business and stop
sticking your nose into other people's business, for once.
