difference is that I leave it that way.

Do you know of any online sites that have a picture of a tallit being
worn this way? I can't even imagine how it looks. :-)

No, I don't. Maybe I'll get on the kids to take a picture of me during
the next two days (I'll have to daven at home as my wife will be
away).

Alternatively, you can find a Shulkhan Arukh and follow the
instructions - IIRC the English version of the KSA goes through the
whole process.

(BTW, Sh"A ha-Rav says that "there are those who wrap only their head
before they say the brakha. They are not doing good, and should be so
informed." And there still are those that do so, funny as it looks.

I've seen both Ashkenazim and Sephardim do this method. Though
generally they say the beracha first, then wrap it around their head.
Still seems odd to only wrap the head though.

Not just odd - it defeats the purpose. They're probably still yotzei
the brakha, since according to the less stringent opinion, any
wrapping that covers more than half of one's trunk is considered
"wrapping oneself in tzitzit." But they're not getting there with the
head wrap.
