I searched on Google for the string 'shiurim podcast' and came across
many, many sites. I'd suggest looking through google's results to find
a site you might be interested in. For starters, here's the first one
that came up: http://www.mp3shiur.com/

Good luck. I tried downloading shiurim into my mp3 player to take with
me to the gym, but the gym was too noisy and my mp3 player's volume
couldn't get high enough so I couldn't make out anything I was listening
to.
