Re: On departing SCJM

I don't know, sounds like "hello, I must be going (Rav Groucho ben
Minnie). Don't stay away too long.

My take on why bad things happen to good people:
Sh*t happens to everyone, of every religion, in varying degrees. My own
take is that if you do mitzvot and learn and work on yourself, the sh*t
will hopefully be fewer and farther between. I.e., things go BETTER
with Torah. Not coke. Now you know why I'm not a rabbi.

"A Wicken whose mother was a Methodist deacon". Hmm, isn't Lisa an
ex-Wicken? Or is it "Once a Wicken, always a Wicken"? "Take a Wicken
and keep on tickin'"? Out of curiousity:

1. What does Wicken practice consist of? They don't fly around on
brooms and stuff? Do they? What do they do? What's the halacha
l'ma'aseh of the Wicken religion?
2. I hope your Shockley book sells. Zei gezint, Simcha
