Honestly? Not until you said that.
You're right that I disagree with nearly all of the political and
religious views that you express. That doesn't make your posts any
less interesting to read -- and they are indeed often interesting. It
doesn't make me respect you any less as a person. It doesn't mean that
I was not sorry to see you leave this community, or that I was not
happy to see that -- whatever your reasons for taking a break -- you
elected to return. Maybe its a character flaw, but I actually enjoy
reading and discussing different points of view. It broadens my
perspective and, every once in a while, I actually learn something.
But to throw a simple well wish into my face? Yup, I pretty much do
dislike you now.
