Wrong. It IS going to court (TA District Court) the middle of March.

In any case, I suggest that people like Jay Levin access the 3 Hebrew
websites I listed and print out the files on a color laser printer.
Then show the files (especially the chest X-ray) to any Israeli
doctor in the area for their candid opinion. Every medical person
in Israel who has seen it (and this includes a deposition by the
Chief of Radiology at Hadassah University Hospital) is stunned.
The evidence is overwhelming that a bullet was shot TOWARD Rabin's
chest.

Even I missed the utterly damning evidence that Rabin came in
intubated from a trauma ambulance. This alone throws out the
entire case and shows perjury at the trial in 2 major instances.
In any American court, the case against Amir would have been
thrown out just on these grounds alone let alone all the other
evidence that shows he didn't kill Rabin.
