I swore I read it was 1% somewhere. 2% is better but it really
should be around 5%. Proportional representation is not exactly the
best form of elections but its been used by Zionists since Herzl's time
so Israel is unlikely to abandon it. Maybe Israel could switch to
single transferable vote. At least that way people will be voting for
actual people and not parties.
