First an apology, the person who told me I was accused of being a troll here said they made a mistake, and since I couldn't get the old postings, I asked for a copy. I apologize.

Let me start off by top posting and breaking the rules. Yes, my usenet reader makes mistakes as do I.
To get into the history there is a history on the Civil War News Group from years ago where I with the help of the Civil War Maven, I think Lynn Berkowitz defended an onslaught of anti Semitic postings. You probably could research it with Ted Werntz and I even had help from the Simon Wisenthal Foundation. In it I naively thought all Rabbis would have taken a believe in support of abolition. I found a very mixed bag.
I learned a lot of things, not all of which were positive. I take the hero of Raphael as a great abolitionist Rabbi, just as I hold people to high standards. For example, I can't respect our Founding Father's that held slaves. I learned about Jews I wasn't proud of, and excuse me, I hold Jews to a higher moral standard than other people.
I just got back from a week in the hospital, very unplanned.
I received an email that I was called a troll on this group. I raise genuine topics that interest me as a Jew. In my case I was interested in doing better battle against the evils of anti Semites, something I have a long history of.
I'm back from the hospital. I'm very interested in learning from this group. It seems a valuable resource. I wish people would not make assumptions about me. You can email the real me at rcomarow@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx if you have doubts has to my sincerity.
If some of you found the issues of environmentalism and protecting the Earth some type of anti evil ness, and wanting to discuss it from a jewish perspective, that's your problem. It was a position held by Rav Kook, so I'm not in bad company. It's a position held by the Jewish National Tree Foundation. There is a News Groups Jewish Veggies, but they go way out left field and I look for more traditional knowledge. They post stuff that has nothing to do with Judaism. There are many Jews that feel the way I do, from all branches of Judaism. Well, we do know that some Chasid groups have some strong feelings that oppose such a few. A Chasid once told me we elevate the animal by eating it. An interesting view point. He also said he believed in reincarnation. I found that very surprising, and wonder to this day about what he said.
I'm out of energy. Someone offered some information, and I did write them. I've been out of the loop for a while.
I am also interested in discussing how people feel the way they do, discuss other traditional topics. I have participated in other topics and hope to continue. I'm sorry if I missed some relevant postings. Other's do.

I consider this a critical group. It is the only moderated Jewish Group, and should have the highest level.
If you can no longer find your post, it's because your own ISP's news server has deleted it. This is something beyond the control of the moderators and anyone else in this newsgroup. If you look in google groups, you'll find everything you've ever posted to any newsgroup since day one. And Usenet has no ranking of groups by importance. Everyone is equal in the eyes of the news server, although the individual news server operators can elect to carry or not carry any particular newsgroup.
I would also love to contact Aliyah. Right now my engineering skills are used in many weapon systems. Then I have 4 teacher certifications. Writing to official agencies was ignored. Who should I contact. I would love to settle in Israel, given all the dangers.
You've asked this same question several times in recent weeks, and it's
been answered each time. I hope you pay better attention to whatever
it is that you do in weapons systems than you do in reading what people
tell you here. Eliyahu
