Of course, that introduces a whole other issue of "coercion," that is,
maybe the individual wants to sell to the highest bidder regardless of
race or religion, but feels coerced by his neighbors not to do so. In that
way a decision that appears to be an exercise of individual rights is
actually a defacto public policy.

Similar issue is women wearing hijab -- they say it's voluntary, but is it
really? And does the state have any interest in overcoming de-facto public
policies to support real individual liberty, or is that over-stepping?
