I just got off the telephone with Mrs. Catalano. She told me that for
reasons of confidentiality, she was not at liberty to discuss all the
details, but the above letter was only her initial response. She stated that
her response was not limited to the above form letter, as you have portrayed
it.She stated to me that she has actually had a series of conversations with
you since then. She told me that you have a single membership, that your
partner is not a member, and that she had never heard of your partner before
now. Nevertheless, she stated that she *did* respond to your concerns and
your partner's special circumstances, but that you didn't care for her
response. She also reminded me that there are "two sides to every story."
