The Heritage Foundation is well known. It is run by R' Meir Shuster,
a man who is very famous (in some circles) for encountering Jews at the
Kotel and inviting them home for a Shabbos email. A cousin of mine used
to get a dozen or two people a meal -- yes, she cooks in army pots! --
just from R' Schuster's OVERFLOW.

I know R' Schuster works with Partners in Torah, which organizes in
person and telephone learning between the Jewishly underliterate and
those who aren't. PiT is run by a neighbor of mine, a man I can vouch
for personally, R' Eli Gewirtz.

I assume TelePartners in Torah is part of PiT. If so, it's on
the up-n-up. If not, Partners in Torah (without the tele-)
<http://www.partnersintorah.org> is a good choice. 1800-Study-4-2.
